Job summary

Gaudenzia, Inc. is seeking a Recovery Support Supervisor for Wellness Village in Philadelphia, PA. The role supports clients with substance use recovery, oversees staff, and ensures safety and compliance across daily operations.

You will participate in admissions, coordinate activities, and maintain records in the electronic health record system while collaborating with nursing and program staff.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of substance use and mental health disorders.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise recovery support professionals.
• Coordinate daily staff scheduling for all shifts.
• Maintain accurate daily census and transport clients as needed.
• Screen and process new admissions and belongings.
• Monitor medications and client movement within the facility.
• Conduct safety checks, fire drills, and documentation in records.
• Complete reports and assist with therapy activities.
