Gaudenzia, Inc. is seeking an experienced RN with psych background to support a Women’s Residential Program in Philadelphia, PA.

This role focuses on nursing care for clients with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health needs, with an emphasis on clinical assessment, coordination of care, and education, rather than bedside nursing. Expect to work as part of a multidisciplinary team, monitoring client health, administering medications, and supporting recovery goals in a structured

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; must have good standing license (LPN or RN) valid in PA.
• RN 1: up to 1 year nursing experience; RN 2: 2–5 years with 1 year in addictions/mental health; RN 3: 5+ years with 2 years in addictions/mental health.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial nursing assessment within 24 hours of admission.
• Arrange appropriate health care provider appointments for exams and screenings.
• Administer medications and supervise self-administered meds when allowed.
• Maintain inventory and records of medical supplies in compliance with regulations.
