Job summary

The Johns Hopkins University is seeking a Facilitator/Counselor for the Bartlett Substance Recovery Service in the East Baltimore Infectious Diseases Clinic. You will support addiction treatment through counseling, care coordination, and collaboration with nurses, physicians, and social workers.

A strong emphasis on destigmatizing care and evidence-based practices is key. You will manage day-to-day RESTORE operations, facilitate team meetings, and document care using Epic, REDCap and other

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field.
• MD Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists licensure/certifications required or eligible.
• Additional education may substitute for experience as per JHU policies.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate RESTORE program and ensure ongoing availability of services in Bartlett.
• Oversee day-to-day administration of RESTORE per established protocols.
• Serve as liaison among RESTORE team, patients, and clinic staff for care plans.
• Maintain patient tracker/registry and ensure documentation is complete.
• Prepare for and facilitate weekly interdisciplinary treatment team meetings.
• Document activities in EMR, REDCap and other registries; ensure data accuracy.
