Johns Hopkins Medicine is seeking a Licensed Counselor or Social Worker to support substance use treatment efforts. Under the supervision of the Program Manager, you will provide evidence-informed therapy and case management to help patients build recovery skills and connect with community resources.

Responsibilities include individual, group, and family sessions, care coordination with providers, thorough documentation, and contributing to a collaborative treatment environment.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, mental health counseling, or a related field.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Social Worker.
• At least two years of experience in substance use treatment or related mental health setting.
• Knowledge of individual, group, and/or family therapeutic approaches used in substance use or mental health treatment.

• Provide individual therapy, group education and therapy, and family support.
• Complete case management services and coordinate care with patients' providers and community resources.
• Build supportive, professional relationships with patients, physicians, coworkers, partner organizations, and other health care facilities.
• Maintain clear, timely, and accurate clinical documentation.
• Contribute to a collaborative treatment environment focused on patients' recovery and well-being.
