Project Chesapeake is seeking a highly motivated, reliable, full-time Residential Aide in a Level 3.5 location to support individuals in recovery. The role focuses on supervision, safety, and adherence to the daily program in a behavioral health setting.
Responsibilities include monitoring clients, conducting rounds, assisting with intakes, and ensuring HIPAA compliance, with benefits including PTO and optional health coverage. Salary is $17.00/hr.

- Observes and documents behavioral changes
- Understands addiction, mental health and recovery basics
- Familiar with HIPAA guidelines and professional boundaries
- Willingness to learn ASAM criteria and recovery concepts
Mansioni
- Monitor clients during assigned shift
- Conduct rounds around the property
- Ensure daily program schedule is followed
- Assist with intakes and room searches
- Observe and document medication administration or refusals
- Monitor scheduled urinalysis
- Communicate professionally with clients and staff
- Inform team of client challenges or behavioral issues
- Provide information during shift changes
- Attend team meetings as scheduled
- Adapt to schedule changes and de-escalate when needed
