Job summary

Villa Sport Beaverton seeks a Recovery Department Supervisor to lead a team that delivers five-star service to members and guests. You’ll manage daily Recovery operations, greeting guests, answering calls, and guiding a quality experience.

• Experience working for or managing a day spa.
• Experience working for a high-end, high-touch, service-oriented business is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Recovery department efficiently, effectively and with five-star service.
• Warmly welcome all members and guests when they arrive and offer a fond farewell when they depart.
• Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, provide accurate information and handle requests as appropriate.
• Sell Recovery membership upgrades.
• Inform and prepare your team for each day’s calendar of appointments
• Work at the Recovery reception desk, multi-tasking reception duties and Supervisor duties.
• Ensure all service protocols are trained and followed.
• Maintain department facilities, equipment and amenities in five-star condition at all times.
• Creatively drive revenues; attract new clients and retain/sell more to existing clients.
• Work with National Recovery Director, AGM and Home Office marketing team to promote services, gift cards, etc.
• Carefully manage all expenses, from labor to COGS to other supplies, to achieve targeted net profit.
• Regularly audit the Recovery pages on the Villa Sport web site to ensure accuracy.
• Handle all client requests or customer service recovery opportunities in a timely and professional manner.
