Catholic Charities Worcester County in Leominster, MA, is seeking a part-time Recovery Specialist for Fridays and Saturdays, 3pm–11pm. You will guide residents, oversee activities, and help ensure program policies support a culture of recovery.

Required CPR-First Aid certification, Narcan/Overdose prevention training or ability to train, and knowledge in human services, addiction, and co-occurring disorders. CADC/LADC preferred.

Part-Time Recovery Specialist

Women’s Recovery Program, Leominster

This individual will provide guidance and direction to residents and oversee resident activities to ensure conformance with program policies and participate in ensuring the day-to-day operations of the program milieu support the culture of recovery.

Requirements include CPR-First Aid certification, training in Overdose Prevention / Narcan OR ability to be trained and acquire certificate, a demonstrated knowledge of the human services field with a special knowledge in substance use and co-occurring disorders within the Recovery Home model of treatment. This individual must have a base of knowledge from introductory courses in addiction and co-occurring disorders as well as course experience in the skills and techniques of a Recovery Specialist. Certified Alcohol Drug Counselor (CADC); Licensed Alcohol Drug Counselor II (LADC-II; or LADC-Asst.) certification(s) preferred.
