Job summary

Holcomb Behavioral Health Systems - A Chimes Company in Collingswood, NJ is seeking a Case Manager for our Residential Recovery Program. This full-time role pays $25/hour and focuses on guiding residents to develop daily living skills, independence, and healthier futures in a small, supportive team.

You will work a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional weekends, assist with transportation, medication education, crisis response, documentation, and advocacy to help residents meet personal goals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or related field.
• One year of human services experience or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to transport residents.

Responsibilities

• Guide residents through daily living skills such as self-care, budgeting, and medication education.
• Provide supportive, recovery-oriented counseling grounded in best practices.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation to maintain a safe home.
• Transport residents to appointments and activities.
• Administer medications in line with DPW standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation and billable service records.
• Advocate for residents and model healthy communication and conflict resolution.
• Collaborate with program coordinator and team to support each resident's goals.

Case Manager - Residential Recovery Program

Collingswood, NJ | $25/hour | Full-Time

Make a real difference in people's recovery journeys. As a case manager with Chimes' Residential Recovery Program, you'll walk alongside residents as they rebuild daily living skills, work toward independence, and create healthier futures - all in a small, supportive team environment with a manageable caseload of 4-5 residents.

Shifts Available

• Monday-Friday, 12:00 PM-8:00 PM with rotating weekends 10:00 AM-6:00 PM; Friday before scheduled weekend OFF

What You'll Do

• Guide residents through daily living skills - self-care, budgeting, and medication education
• Provide supportive, recovery-oriented counseling grounded in best practices
• Help maintain a safe, welcoming home through light housekeeping and meal prep
• Drive residents to appointments and activities using a program van
• Administer medications in line with DPW standards
• Respond calmly and confidently in crisis moments
• Keep accurate documentation and billable service records
• Advocate for residents and model healthy communication and conflict resolution
• Partner with your program coordinator and team to support each resident's individual goals

What You'll Bring

• Master's degree in Social Work, Rehabilitation Counseling, Psychology, Counseling or another related behavioral-health/counseling field. One year of human services experience, or equivalent combination of education/experience
• Strong communicator who thrives both independently and on a team
• A compassionate, flexible, recovery-oriented mindset
• Comfort managing a small caseload (4-5 residents)
• Valid driver's license and willingness to transport residents
