Qualifications

• Requires TB screening and CPR certification.
• Must complete confidentiality and HIPAA trainings.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality and comply with 42 CFR Part 2 and HIPAA.
• Monitor shift assignments and ensure safety on the unit.
• Record patient status in the EHR hourly or as required.
• Observe milieu and enforce therapeutic boundaries.
• Assist in room inspections and searches when directed.
• Participate in supervision and mandatory meetings.
• Perform duties assigned by supervisor and site leadership.
