Job summary

Spectrum Health Systems in Westborough, MA is seeking a Recovery Specialist for our Inpatient Acute Treatment Services. The role focuses on maintaining a safe environment and delivering high‑quality client care on a Sunday–Thursday, 11:00pm–7:30am shift.

You will facilitate patient movement, provide transportation when needed, conduct alcohol and drug screens with respect, assist with admissions/discharges, and help keep units clean.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal, social and writing skills.
• Ability to communicate in an interdisciplinary, culturally diverse setting.
• Basic computer skills to enter data and utilize electronic health records.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe environment with emphasis on quality and satisfaction.
• Facilitate movement of clients around the building safely.
• Provide transportation for clients using program vehicle when needed.
• Conduct alcohol and drug screens respectfully.
• Assist with admission and discharge procedures.
• Oversee housekeeping to keep units clean and orderly.
