Beth Israel Lahey Health Behavioral Services seeks a Recovery Specialist for the 3rd shift at The Hart House, a 24-hour residential program for pregnant and/or parenting women in recovery. You will help maintain a safe, structured milieu and perform admissions-related tasks, screenings and daily documentation, contributing to the clients' sobriety and parenting goals.

The role requires a GED or high school diploma, preferred experience with substance use populations, and a MA driver’s license.

Responsabilités

The program aims to provide women with the skills necessary to maintain their sobriety and the education, skills, and guidance to be effective, nurturing parents. Services include individual, family, and group therapy, parenting education and more. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
