We are hiring for the Recovery Specialist (2nd Shift) role at Spectrum Health Systems, Inc. This position offers a $3,000 bonus and is based in Westborough, MA, within the Inpatient ATS (Acute Treatment Services) Program.

Job Details

• Start Date: 03/20/2025
• Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday, 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm
• Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe environment with high-quality services and customer satisfaction.
• Facilitate the safe and orderly movement of clients within the facility.
• Provide transportation for clients using the program vehicle when needed.
• Conduct alcohol and drug screens respectfully and with dignity.
• Assist with client admission and discharge procedures.
• Oversee and participate in light housekeeping to keep units clean and orderly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in substance abuse or mental health fields preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal, social, and written communication skills.
