Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Lowell, MA, seeks a full-time position on the 2nd shift/evening schedule ( Tues-Sat, 3:00pm-11:00pm ) in an inpatient treatment program. The role requires at least a high school diploma and offers benefits including health/dental/vision, life insurance, PTO, tuition reimbursement, a 401k match, and more.

A female to fill this position is requested due to state regulations. The incumbent will maintain safety, move clients safely within the facility, transport clients as needed,

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in substance abuse or mental health field preferred.
• Must have excellent verbal, social and writing skills.
• Must display independent judgment to determine actions in problems/emergencies.
• Must communicate effectively in interdisciplinary, culturally diverse setting with patients, families, staff and regulators.
• Must have basic ability to use computers to enter entries and utilize electronic health records.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a safe environment with emphasis on high-quality services and customer satisfaction.
• Facilitating movement of clients around the building and grounds safely.
• Providing transportation for clients and for program operations as needed.
• Conducting alcohol and drug screens with respect and dignity.
• Assisting with admission and discharge procedures as required.
• Overseeing housekeeping tasks and keeping units clean and orderly.

Location & Schedule

Location: Lowell, MA - Inpatient Treatment Program Clinical Stabilization Services (CSS)

Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday, 3:00pm-11:00pm

Pay

Pay rate: $20.00-$23.00/hour

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a safe environment at all times with an emphasis on high-quality services and customer satisfaction
• Facilitating the movement of clients around the building and grounds in a safe and orderly fashion
• Providing transportation for clients and in support of program operations using the program vehicle when needed
• Conducting alcohol and drug screens on clients using an approach that demonstrates respect and dignity for the clients.
• Assisting with admission and discharge procedures as required
• Overseeing the clients' general housekeeping chores with participation in light housekeeping as needed, ensuring that the units remain clean and orderly
