Job summary

High Point & Affiliated Organizations is seeking a Recovery Specialist for the Brockton Addiction Treatment Center. The role supports individuals with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health needs, ensuring safety and therapeutic care on a full-time day schedule.

Responsibilities include monitoring patients, facilitating safe daily routines, and coordinating with the team during meals and breaks. Education requirements: high school diploma or GED; competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, & boundaries.
• Complete property searches, monitor clients while maintaining a therapeutic, safe, & calm unit.
• Observation & accounting of patients at all times ensuring safety (hourly checks w/ documentation).
• Escorting patients to meals & fresh air breaks.
• Attends required meetings & mandatory trainings.

Recovery Specialist

Program/Location: Brockton Addiction Treatment Center, Acute Treatment Services (ATS)/ Brockton
Education: High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
Pay range: $21 - $26 per hour with differentials depending on shifts
Status: Full Time; Day Time; One weekend day a week

High Point has programs located throughout Southeast Massachusetts offering a full continuum of care for substance use and mental health treatment, including inpatient, outpatient, residential, and community-based services. Recovery Specialist Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent GED
