MercyOne Northeast Iowa is seeking a registered nurse for our Post Anesthesia Care Unit. You will provide patient-centered care in a team-oriented environment for patients of all ages, assessing and planning care in collaboration with physicians and other staff.

The position is 0.8 FTE (32 hours) per week, daytime shifts with possible evenings and a required call schedule. Iowa RN license is required; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Active IA RN license required.
• BSN preferred.
• No experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care of patients.
• Supervises and coordinates care provided by LPNs and PCAs.
• Facilitates communication with physicians, families and other team members.
