Job summary

We Bloom is seeking an Associate Director of Recovery Programs & Operations to lead the Recovery Café and manage organizational systems. The role partners with the Executive Director to turn vision into daily, mission-driven execution, strengthening teams, processes, and services for members.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of supervisory experience in recovery or social services, demonstrates emotional maturity, and commits to trauma-informed leadership and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership and supervisory experience.
• Experience supervising and developing staff in recovery or social services.
• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Proven experience managing grant outcomes, data collection & budgets.
• Commitment to trauma-informed leadership and We Bloom's mission.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership for We Bloom Recovery Café.
• Supervise and coach Recovery Café Managers and program staff.
• Translate Executive Director & Board vision into operational plans and measurable actions.
• Oversee facilities, technology, vendors, inventory, safety, and budgets.
• Partner with the Executive Director in developing annual program and operational budgets.
