Domtar Corporation is searching for a Recovery Operations Reliability Coordinator based in Ashdown, AR. The role involves day-to-day leadership, inventory management, and project management in the Power Department.

Provides support to the Power Department in the form of day‑to‑day leadership, project management, temporary supervision (including shifts), inventory management, production scheduling, maintenance planning, and operator training. Provides support for shutdowns and shutdown planning. Participates in department incident investigations and serves in the department’s weekend duty rotation.
Demonstrated ability to manage by influence, working with a group as a team member or the ability to lead by example.
