You'll coach representatives through side-by-side sessions, review calls, and refine strategies to boost recovery results. As you analyze reports and performance trends, you'll make data-driven decisions that improve outcomes. You'll also manage escalated accounts with professionalism, ensure FDCPA compliance, and collaborate with leadership to enhance operational efficiency.

Ideal Recovery Operations Manager

• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
• 4+ years of collections experience
• 1+ years of supervisory or management experience in collections
• Experience managing production-driven teams in a call center environment
• Strong knowledge of consumer collections, FDCPA compliance, and negotiation strategies
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collections software systems
• Ability to analyze data and drive performance decisions
