Liberation Programs in Bridgeport, CT seeks a Recoveree Navigator to support individuals in recovery at our Outpatient Treatment Facility. You will perform check-ins, provide motivation, and coordinate with clinical staff to connect Recoverees with services.

A compassionate, organized individual with strong communication skills is essential. Full-time, Monday–Friday 10:30am–7:00pm; Driver's license and reliable transportation required; HS diploma/GED accepted.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel to Bridgeport and across Connecticut as needed.
• Understanding of medication-assisted treatment and practices.
• Experience building effective Coach-Recoveree relationships.
• Ability to work collaboratively, listen, and communicate with clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide recovery support and check-ins with Recoverees.
• Coordinate with clinical staff on Recoveree needs and progress.
• Monitor line, provide motivation, and serve as liaison to services.
• Support treatment adherence and connection to resources.
