Job summary

Anew is seeking a diligent Recovery Monitor to oversee the recovery process, ensure accurate case records, and support clients on their recovery journey with empathy and precision. This weekend or 3rd shift role is vital for maintaining consistent, compliant care while aligning with the organization's values.

You will monitor cases from initiation to resolution, keep thorough documentation, communicate updates to clients, and collaborate with teammates to implement effective recovery strategies

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in recovery services, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
