Job summary

Chemical-Abuse-Services-Agenc is seeking a Case Manager to provide case management and crisis intervention for residents of the Recovery House program. The role emphasizes recovery-oriented, trauma-informed care to help formerly homeless individuals maintain housing and achieve independence.

The position works with residents, service providers, and partners to coordinate mental health, substance use, medical, and vocational services, using a strengths-based and harm-reduction approach to support

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Social Work/Human Services preferred.
Minimum of two years of professional experience with clients who have behavioral health needs.
Familiarity with homelessness effects.
Appreciation and willingness for multicultural competency in behavioral health.
Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

Provide case management and crisis intervention services to Recovery House residents.
Collaborate with residents, service providers, and community partners to coordinate access to mental health, substance use, medical, vocational, and other supportive services.
Support housing stability, recovery, and community integration through a strengths-based, harm-reduction approach.
