Job summary

Qualifications

  • Associate degree or higher.
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience, preferably in a residential setting.
  • New Jersey CADC or higher licensure required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
  • Must be able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and solve problems.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure groups are delivered professionally and effectively to meet learning objectives.
  • Provide 1 hour of supervision and training to A&D Trainee staff each week.
  • Engage with the recovery community in a culturally competent way.
  • Complete group notes and all paperwork; supervise documentation for each trainee.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
