Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience, preferably in a residential setting.
• New Jersey CADC or higher licensure required.
• Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills Required.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.

Responsibilities

• Deliver RCA Substance Abuse curriculum to patients in residential and IOP programs.
• Provide 1 hour of supervision, and training as needed to A&D Trainee status employees each week.
• Engage with the recovery community in a culturally competent way, in and outside the group setting.
• Complete group notes and all other paperwork as assigned; complete supervision documentation and monthly group observation for each trainee.
• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
