Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments addressing mental health and substance use needs.
• Develop individualized treatment goals and intervention plans.
• Lead IOP and outpatient recovery groups onsite and virtually.
• Coordinate discharge planning and community-based supports.
• Complete documentation in accordance with policies and regulations.
• Engage in supervision and professional development.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team.
