Job summary

Vinfen seeks a Direct Service professional to support Persons Served in a GLE/SIE residential setting. You will implement Treatment Plan interventions, administer medications per MAP, and provide crisis interventions as needed to promote safety and well-being.

Responsibilities include orientation, teamwork with LPHA Clinician direction, documentation, care collaboration, meals, advocacy, and participation in trainings. This on-site role requires driving and adherence to program policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree in a human service discipline preferred.
• One to two years of job-specific experience in human services field preferred.
• Bilingual/bicultural applicants encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Help orient Persons Served (PS) new to the residence.
• Collaborate with team members to address PS needs and implement Treatment Plan interventions.
• Perform day-to-day assignments as directed by Program Director.
• Use recovery-oriented, person-centered approaches with PS.
• Adhere to safety, maintenance, and licensing policies.
