You will work within an interdisciplinary team, deliver person-centered recovery-oriented care, participate in after-hours coverage, and ensure compliance with COMAR and agency policies.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing or related field.
• Current PMHNP/CRNP-PMH certification.
• Maryland licensure to practice.
• Buprenorphine prescribing authorization.
• Board eligibility or board certification.
• Experience with diverse client populations.
• Knowledge of psychiatric diagnoses and evidence-based treatment.
• Competency in medication management and lab testing.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric diagnosis, medication management, and medical treatment.
• Conduct routine and emergency psychiatric evaluations.
• Provide crisis intervention and counseling for individuals and families.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Support continuity of care with community providers and services.
• Participate in person-centered treatment planning and recovery-oriented interventions.
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely.
• Monitor laboratory testing, medications, and related procedures.
• Maintain compliance with agency policies, licensing requirements, and COMAR regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and coworkers.
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and quality-of-care activities.
• Provide rotating after-hours coverage as needed.
