Qualifications

• High School diploma required; peer support experience preferred.
• Must obtain Peer Support Specialist certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Directs interactions with clients and serves as a recovery role model.
• Makes support calls and coordinates assessments and appointments.
• Transports clients to appointments and treatments when needed.
• Maintains accurate documentation in the electronic health system promptly.
