Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Experience with adults with severe and persistent mental illness.
• Certified Peer Support Specialist certification preferred or obtainable.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• Ability to work in diverse community settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct services, advocacy, crisis intervention, and recovery-focused support.
• Assist consumers with wellness planning and linkage to resources.
• Share personal recovery experiences to offer hope and encouragement.
• Collaborate with treatment teams and participate in meetings.
