Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and at least one year of full-time mental health or addictions experience.
• Certification as a Certified Peer Specialist within one year of hire.
• Knowledge of addictions and mental health treatment programs and services.

Responsibilities

• Provide peer support and linkages to services for individuals served.
• Attend treatment team meetings to promote recovery and insight.
• Assist in developing person-centered recovery plans and goals.
• Engage individuals to share experiences and promote hope for recovery.
