Van Wert Works is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our clinical team in Ohio. The NP will provide medical care, monitor patient progress, and support individuals through recovery in a compassionate, evidence-based setting.

The role emphasizes collaboration with a multidisciplinary team; experience in addiction medicine or behavioral health is preferred, and the provider should hold an Ohio NP license with board certification and be able to obtain MAT- prescribing credentials as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio NP license and board certification in a related field.
• X-waiver or ability to obtain DEA license for MAT prescribing.
• Experience in addiction medicine or behavioral health is preferred.
