Job summary

iaedp is seeking a Registered Dietitian to deliver nutrition therapy within intensive programming for adolescents and young adults in Minnesota. The role requires conducting assessments, developing care plans, and monitoring progress in collaboration with the treatment team.

The position includes a full-time schedule, daytime hours, and a compensation range of $59,100 to $75,000, with final pay based on qualifications and experience. Benefits are provided as part of the employee package.

Qualifications

• Must hold current Registered Dietitian license in the state of employment.
• Must hold current board certification with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Master’s Degree required unless licensed prior to January 2024.

Responsibilities

• Perform nutrition assessments and create personalized care plans.
• Deliver nutrition therapy and monitor medical conditions and client progress.
• Provide nutrition education to improve clients' health and relationship with food.
• Document all nutrition care clearly in the EHR.
• Engage in multidisciplinary team discussions and treatment planning.
• Lead group nutrition education sessions as assigned.
• Coordinate transitions and aftercare plans with internal and external dietitians.
