Job summary

The Emily Program seeks a Registered Dietitian to deliver comprehensive nutrition therapy within intensive programming for adolescent and young adult clients. You will assess needs, create personalized care plans, monitor medical and nutritional conditions, and track progress.

Responsibilities include nutrition education, group sessions, meal coaching, and coordinating with the treatment team to ensure continuity of care. Evening or weekend flexibility may be required based on program needs.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Dietitian license in the state of employment required.
• Current board certification with the Commission on Dietetic Registration required.
• Master's Degree required, unless licensed prior to January 2024.

Responsibilities

• Perform nutrition assessments for assigned clients.
• Create personalized care plans and monitor progress.
• Deliver nutrition education to enhance clients' nutritional health and relationships with food.
• Conduct group nutrition education sessions as assigned.
• Document care clearly in the EHR and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for treatment planning and continuity of care.
