Job summary

The Emily Program in Dunwoody, GA is seeking a Dietetic Technician to support nutrition education and clinical tasks for adults and adolescents.

You will work closely with registered dietitians, therapists, and support staff, assisting with weight tracking, meal planning, and educational materials while providing compassionate care in a full-time, in-person role.

This position emphasizes evidence-based practice and collaborative care within the Emily Program's comprehensive treatment teams.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Dietetic Technology or Bachelor’s in Dietetics (without internship) required.
• One year of clinical or public health experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and authorization to drive.

Responsibilities

• Participates in meals and snacks with clients/residents and their families.
• Assists the dietitian with daily weight tracking, case management, group prep, and meal planning.
• Assists with creating and delivering nutrition education materials per guidelines.
• Coordinates daily ordering of external meal purchases with dietitian-approved plans.
• Receives orders and maintains clean, organized storage and kitchen areas.
