Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–2 years work experience in human services or related field.
• Valid Driver’s License, CPRP/RPRP preferred, Certified Peer Specialist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement service/recovery plans reflecting client preferences and goals.
• Assess teach and supervise daily living skills (meal planning, housekeeping, social activities).
• Complete daily written documentation showing recovery progress and staff interventions.
• Assist and monitor medication regimen, including PRN meds.
• Encourage participation in community activities and maintain safe, respectful environment.
