Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee childcare activities in residence and manage all childcare components.
• Implement drug & alcohol early intervention/prevention activities for children.
• Maintain confidentiality and proper documentation of records.
• Provide individual and group counseling for children and mothers.
• Assist in mother-child and family therapeutic sessions with clinical staff.
• Coordinate with outside agencies for ongoing development of childcare components.
• Train and guide residents in childcare and parenting skills; observe parent/child interactions.
