Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience required.
• Peer Support Specialist Certification or willingness to pursue certification within first year of employment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Acts as a family/individual representative and advocate in program activities.
• Facilitates individual and family support and educational groups.
• Provides Parent Partner Peer support to families/individuals using personal and professional experience.
• Links families/individuals to behavioral health treatment and community resources.
