Job summary

CenterPointe in Lincoln, NE is seeking a Rehab Recovery Facilitator to support the MidPointe Day Rehabilitation program under the Program Director. You will help maintain a clean, safe environment for participants and staff and supervise activities in collaboration with a dedicated care team.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and 2+ years of behavioral health experience; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 2+ years in behavioral health or related coursework.
• Knowledge of mental health issues and substance use disorders.
• Valid Nebraska driver’s license with clean DMV record.

Responsibilities

• Assist Program Director in implementing the MidPointe Day Rehabilitation program.
• Ensure a clean, safe environment for participants and staff.
• Supervise adult participant activities and enforce facility rules.
• Communicate status of facility and participants to staff.
• Work actively and cooperatively as a team member.
