You will facilitate case management during Detox and Residential stays, assist with referrals, support transitions back to work or school, and help clients locate recovery resources, while documenting accurately in Aura and Salesforce.

This role provides unwavering, compassionate support to clients and their families during some of the most challenging moments in the recovery process. The position focuses on advocacy, care coordination, and peer-based support to promote sustainable, long-term recovery outcomes.
Monday - Friday: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Flexibility to work hours outside of this schedule is required due to the nature of the role and client needs.
The base rate of pay for this position is $68,000 - $75,000 per year. Actual pay is determined based on a number of job-related factors including skills, education, training, credentials, experience, scope and complexity of role responsibilities, geographic location, performance, and working conditions.
