Bridges of America in Gainesville, FL seeks an experienced Counselor to join its clinical team. This nonprofit provider of re-entry services values leadership, empathy, and the ability to motivate clients toward change.

Responsibilities include following policies, completing required documentation, facilitating Phase I–III groups, conducting case management, and attending staff trainings. A Bachelor's in Human Services is required, CAC and/or CAP credentials preferred.

Formación

• CAC and/or CAP certification with required experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Services required.
• Experience in chemical addictions or recovery settings preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Follow all applicable policies and procedures.
• Complete and maintain clinical documentation per policy and handbook.
• Facilitate Phase I–III groups per program manuals.
• Perform case management for each client as needed.
• Attend all staff meetings and mandatory trainings.
• Be available for emergency counseling during shifts; work all shifts.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
