Qualifications

• LADC or CADC certification preferred.
• Associate degree in behavioral health science preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year experience in substance use treatment or related field is desired.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1-to-1 support sessions and/or facilitate groups as scheduled.
• Complete patient assessments daily within timelines and ensure quality documentation.
• Engage patients with recovery-oriented activities and support continuity of care.
• Assist with treatment engagement and de-escalate barriers to care.
• Support the clinical/case management team as directed by supervisors.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and accurate charting for continuity of care.
