North Suffolk Community Services, Inc. is seeking a Recovery Coach to join our Renew Him/Re-entry team in Boston, MA. Grounded in peer-assisted recovery, you will support individuals transitioning from treatment or incarceration back into their communities.

The role is full-time (36 hours per week) with some nights and weekends. You will supervise, coach, and help clients develop action plans, while coordinating with probation officers, therapists, and sponsors.

Qualifications

• CARC certification preferred.
• Two years of acknowledged continuous sobriety required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and/or coach recoverees in recovery-oriented skills, activities of daily living, socialization, and community integration.
• Implement, teach and coach clients with action plans or wellness plans and review goals regularly.
