The role involves connecting participants to community resources, housing, employment services, healthcare, and support groups, while advocating for their needs within health and social systems.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Lived experience with substance use recovery is highly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one peer support to individuals in recovery.
• Assist participants in developing personalized recovery plans and goals.
• Connect participants with community resources (treatment, housing, employment, healthcare).
• Advocate for participants within healthcare, social services, and legal systems.
