Voices of Hope is seeking a Recovery Coach in Georgetown, KY to provide peer-based support to individuals pursuing recovery from substance use disorders. You will help participants set goals, develop coping skills, and build recovery capital while maintaining empathy and confidentiality.

The role serves Scott and Harrison Counties, offering education, resource navigation, and collaboration with a team of coaches to promote wellness and community integration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Lived experience with substance use recovery preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one peer support to individuals in recovery.
• Help participants develop personalized recovery plans.
• Connect participants with community resources and services.
• Maintain confidential records and report participant outcomes.
