Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Recovery process and ability to facilitate recovery using established methods.
• Ability to guide clients in self-directed recovery through problem-solving.
• Experience teaching coping and self-help strategies in group or individual settings.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in articulating personal recovery goals and creating plans.
• Work with case managers to determine steps toward goals and self-directed recovery.
• Facilitate self-help groups and connect clients with WRAP and other resources.
• Teach problem-solving techniques and share personal recovery experiences as appropriate.
• Support vocational choices and assist in applying for jobs with interview tips.
