Monte Nido Chicago in Winfield, IL is seeking a full-time Recovery Coach to join our program across Winfield, Naperville and Lombard locations.

You will support clients on their recovery journey, assist with meals and activities, and participate in therapeutic groups, with shifts including 6a-2:30p and 2p-10:30p.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years post-high school education; Bachelor’s in Psychology preferred.
• At least one year of experience in a mental or behavioral health setting is highly desired (required in some states).
• Valid state-issued Driver’s License with safe driving history.
• We require good communication and client relations skills; service orientation; flexibility; and the ability to work as a member of a team.

Responsibilities

• Support clients through their recovery journey.
• Provide support and intervention per the treatment plan.
• Encourage healthy connections with clients and staff.
• Assist in food prep and supervise client meals.
• Engage in therapy groups to develop core skills.
• Conduct rounds and provide observations.
• Occasionally drive clients to appointments.
