Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates/Bachelor in social services or psychology preferred.
• Experience or training in behavioral health or recovery services is beneficial.
• Ability to engage clients respectfully and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Complete client assessments to evaluate admission criteria and develop appropriate clinical impressions.
• Create and implement care plans with time-bound goals under supervision.
• Provide weekly case management, skills training, and development as primary interventions.
• Deliver recovery coaching in home or community settings to support independence.
• Collaborate with treatment teams and coordinate with external providers as needed.
• Attend treatment team meetings and communicate progress to referral sources; may work evenings/weekends as required.
