Behavioral Health Network, Inc. in Western Massachusetts is seeking a dedicated Recovery Coach to mentor adults on recovery journeys, using motivational interviewing and peer support to build recovery capital, develop wellness plans, and connect clients with healthcare, housing, employment, and community supports.
You will conduct coaching sessions, document accurately, and engage with the recovery community while upholding BHN’s HEART values and trauma-informed, culturally responsive care.
What You'll Do As a Recovery Coach, you'll mentor, guide, and empower adults on their unique recovery journeys. Using motivational interviewing and peer support, you'll help individuals build recovery capital, develop wellness plans, and connect with healthcare providers, recovery networks, and community supports.
Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour, plus monthly incentive bonuses
