Qualifications

• Master’s degree required or in progress
• Licensure required or in progress toward licensure (LPC/LCSW/LMFT)
• Experience in mental health or substance use treatment preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for evidence-based treatment

Responsibilities

• Provide individual & group therapy with clients
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Support crisis intervention when needed
• Stay current with best practices through training and supervision
