The organization is governed by a 56-member Board of Directors and employs over 600 staff.**SUMMARY**Under the direction of the Team Leader, the Recover Clerk's responsibilities include tending to the shopping needs of customers, greeting, interacting, and monitoring customers to help the store in loss prevention, and merchandising and organizing hard goods, accessories, and clothing racks.**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES**1. Provide exemplary customer service and assist customers with the selection of merchandise.2. Examine the sales floor to ensure merchandise is well-stocked, well-maintained, and properly sized.3. Assist in maintaining the store appearance.4. Keep the sales floor area clean and safe and other store areas as directed.5. Maintain a well-groomed appearance and appropriate dress code including name badge.**ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES** 1. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.**Computer Skills:** No computer skills are required for this position.**SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT***(e.g. physical or environmental requirements, irregular work schedule, required license or certification, background check)***Physical and Environmental Requirements:**1.
