Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Dallas, Inc. is seeking a dedicated retail associate to provide excellent customer service to donors and shoppers, stock merchandise, and maintain floor presentation in a climate-controlled retail environment.

Responsibilities include cash handling according to agency procedures, greeting donors, adhering to policies, and supporting store operations; high school diploma or GED preferred; English literacy required; physical tasks include standing, lifting up to 50 pounds

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to speak, read and write English.
